Curt
Duwe -
VP Sales and Marketing. Curt brings 27 years of
extensive business experience to InsureAmerica in
the areas of marketing, recruiting, training and
selling.
He
began his career selling Medicare Supplements and
later moved into the area of marketing. As a company
partner and president for several years, he was
responsible for insurance operations, recruiting,
training and lead operations.
When
the company evolved in a different direction, Curt
found a new opportunity with another company as
an Area Vice President. This change afforded him
the opportunity to sell, recruit and train once
again. Curt spent the last two years as VP of Agency
Development for United American Insurance Company.
Pat
Archibald - President, Insurance of America
Agency. At the helm of IAA since its beginning,
although the majority of those 20 + years have been
spent in an administrative role, Pat is no stranger
to personal sales and recruiting.
Having
been actively involved with the formation of the
Agency since its inception in late 1987, as President,
he is involved and knowledgeable with all facets
of the organization. He works closely with the Insurance
Companies, the field force, the lead operation and
the Agency.
His
skills as a mediator are beneficial in working with
both the field force and the Insurance Companies,
and provide him with a great understanding for the
needs of both teams.
Pat's
goal is to continue to build a strong, service oriented
Agency and to assist in increasing the Field Force.

get the job done, and you have defined success.
Max
Hill - President, InsureAmerica Management Co.,
LLC. Max spent 22 years with another company before
joining the InsureAmerica team where he held a variety
of titles and gained an extensive amount of knowledge
about the Insurance Industry.
He
consistently achieved superior results in directing
Underwriting, New Business, Customer Service, Claims
Administration and Associated Operations areas in
each of his leadership roles.
He
also represented his division at numerous Agency
meetings throughout the United States providing
overviews of operational metrics, process improvement
projects and accomplishments.
Having
succeeded in challenging management situations such
as rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, and change
management, he offers proven expertise in project
implementation oversight, process design and development,
and increasing overall profitability.
Anita
Beaty - CFO and Treasurer. Anita has been with
IAA for over 18 years. In an effort to insure the
success and resulting financial well being of the
agents and the Agency, she works closely with the
accounting personnel of IAA and the Insurance Companies
in regards to the forecasting and implementation
of commissions, advances, financial reporting, taxation
issues and lead accountability.
In
addition to her CPA license, she also holds a General
Insurance Agent's license.
